Most nationalities can enter Singapore visa-free for short stays; check the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) visa requirement list at ica.gov.sg. Yes. All travellers entering Singapore (except Singapore citizens and PRs) must submit the free SG Arrival Card online within three days before arrival at eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard. It replaces the paper disembarkation card and includes the electronic health declaration.
