Use your current residence address, not your Russian registration (прописка). ICA cares about where you actually live for the purposes of assessing your trip. Provide your current rental contract or residence permit if asked. The passport country remains Russia, that does not change.

No. Singapore uses only your international passport (заграничный паспорт). The internal Russian passport is never part of the eVisa process. Make sure the international passport is biometric, machine-readable and has at least 6 months of validity beyond your Singapore arrival date, with 2 blank pages.

Yes. The standard Singapore eVisa covers short-term medical visits to private hospitals such as Mount Elizabeth, Raffles, Gleneagles and Parkway. For stays longer than 29 days we can arrange a letter from the hospital to support an extension request through ICA. Many Russian patients pick Double or Multiple entry to cover follow-up appointments.

ICA cross-checks the Latin spelling in the MRZ (machine-readable zone) of your current passport. If an old flight booking or an older passport spelled your name differently (e.g., Yekaterina vs Ekaterina, Dmitrii vs Dmitry), use the spelling from the current passport. We fix mismatches during pre-check before submission.
