π Why every visa file goes through a Singapore sponsor
Singapore does not accept self-filed visa applications. ICA policy is that every application must be lodged by a local sponsor, which can be a Singapore citizen, a permanent resident, or a Singapore-registered company acting as a private agent. Most travellers do not have a personal sponsor in Singapore, so they file through a registered agent.
Singapore Visa Online is a private visa consultancy registered in Singapore at 68 Circular Road. We act as your sponsor, prepare your file, review every document, file the application with ICA on your behalf, and deliver the approved eVisa to your email. We are a private company, we are not ICA, and our service fee is separate from the government visa fee, which we collect and remit for you.
Get your Singapore eVisa in three simple steps
No embassy visit, no courier, no printing. Complete the whole process online from anywhere.
Complete your application
Fill a short online form on singaporevisaonline.sg. Upload your passport bio page and our auto passport scanner reads your name, date of birth, passport number and expiry in a few seconds, so you do not have to type any of it by hand. Upload any clear photo, we format it to ICA specifications for you.
β± Takes about 5 to 8 minutesWhat you provide
Passport bio page scan, a recent photo, travel dates, hotel booking or invitation letter, return flight booking. Tier 2 passports may optionally add a short cover letter. Every country page lists the exact checklist for your nationality.
We review and submit to ICA
Our Singapore-based specialists run a full check on your file, flag anything that could slow a decision, and lodge the application with ICA through our sponsor channel. You receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with a reference number and a status link.
π Expert review within 24 hoursWhat we check
Passport validity, photo compliance, data consistency with the bio page, hotel and flight dates, visa type and entry count for your tier, supporting documents. If anything is off, we contact you before submitting, not after a rejection.
Receive your approved eVisa
Once ICA approves the application, we email you a PDF eVisa. You can save it on your phone and print a copy. Show it together with your passport at airline check-in and at Singapore immigration. No sticker, no stamp, no embassy pickup.
β Delivered by emailWhat you receive
A PDF eVisa letter with your passport number, entry type and validity window. Your approval is also visible on our Visa Status page at any time, and the status email lists exactly what to carry at the checkpoint.

What our service includes
More than just form submission. Here is what is bundled into every application, at the same price for every speed.
π Document verification
We check every document before submission, including passport validity, photo standards and supporting paperwork, so ICA does not reject your file for a preventable error.
π· Photo validation and formatting
Your passport photo must meet strict specs on size, background and facial position. We validate, crop and format it to 35 by 45 mm before your file reaches ICA.
π Direct ICA submission
As a Singapore-registered private agent, we submit through our sponsor channel. No intermediaries, no manual re-typing, no avoidable delays.
π Application tracking
Track your file any time through our Visa Status page. We also send email updates at every stage, from Pending Review to Approved.
π¬ Dedicated human support
Real Singapore-based specialists on WhatsApp and email, not a chatbot. Replies within a few hours during Singapore working hours.
π‘οΈ Error prevention
Small mistakes on visa forms cause rejections and delays. Our team catches formatting issues, missing fields and document problems before your file reaches ICA.
Why applications get rejected (and how we prevent it)
ICA rejects a meaningful share of self-submitted applications for avoidable reasons. Here are the most common causes and how our team catches each one before your file is submitted.
β Photo does not meet specs
ICA rejects photos for wrong dimensions, shadowed or tinted backgrounds, tilted heads, and visible glare on glasses or skin.
β We reformat every photo to the exact 400Γ514 px spec with a pure white background before submission.
β Name does not match passport
A single missing middle name, reversed order, or typo causes the ICA system to flag or decline the file.
β Our passport scan reads the machine-readable zone and checks every character against the form you filled.
β Passport expires under 6 months
Singapore requires your passport to stay valid for at least six months beyond your planned arrival date.
β We flag expiry risk the moment you upload and pause submission until you confirm a renewal.
β Travel plan incomplete
Missing hotel address, unconfirmed return flight, or unclear host details can trigger ICA follow-up or denial.
β We verify every itinerary field and request any missing booking or address before the file reaches ICA.
β Past overstay or entry flag
A previous overstay in Singapore or a flagged entry record can silently block a new application without warning.
β We ask about your travel history upfront and advise the strongest honest case before filing.
β Unclear or incomplete answers
Vague employment details, empty contact fields, or unclear sponsor info often lead to delays or rejection.
β Every field is reviewed by a human; we rewrite anything unclear and request missing details before submission.
Choose your processing speed
All three speeds include the same expert review, photo formatting and ICA submission. The only difference is how quickly your file is queued.

Within 1 hour of approval
Your eVisa arrives by email
The approved PDF lands in your inbox. We also send a WhatsApp alert so you do not miss it. Ready to print, save to your phone, or both.
How to use your approved eVisa
Your Singapore eVisa is digital, but a few small habits make airline check-in and Singapore immigration smoother.
At airline check-in
Show the eVisa PDF on your phone or as a printed copy. Most airlines ask to see it before they print your boarding pass. Keep your passport open at the photo page.
At Singapore immigration
Present your passport first. Officers can see your approved eVisa in the ICA system, but keep a copy handy in case they ask. Have your return ticket and hotel address ready.
File your SG Arrival Card
The SG Arrival Card is separate from the eVisa and must be submitted online within three days of arrival. You can add SGAC filing as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee.
Enter within 63 days
You have up to 63 days from the visa issue date to enter Singapore for the first time. After entry, you can stay up to 29 days per visit on a single-entry eVisa.
Pro tip: Save a copy of your eVisa PDF to your phone's offline wallet (Apple Wallet or a cloud folder) so you can show it even without data at the airport.
Where you can enter Singapore
Your Singapore tourist eVisa is valid at every official checkpoint, by air, by land and by sea.
By air
Changi Airport Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, and Seletar Airport. Changi is consistently voted the world's best airport, with e-gates for most nationalities.
By land
Woodlands Checkpoint and Tuas Checkpoint, connecting Singapore to Johor Bahru, Malaysia over the Causeway and Second Link.
By sea
Marina Bay Cruise Centre, HarbourFront Cruise Centre, and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal for arrivals from Indonesia and Malaysia.
Important things to know before you travel
A few small details that save a lot of trouble at the checkpoint.
π Visa validity vs stay length
A Singapore tourist eVisa is valid for 63 days from the date of issue. You must enter Singapore within that window. On each entry, ICA officers stamp a length of stay in your passport, usually up to 29 days for tourism.
π SG Arrival Card is separate
Every visitor, visa or visa-free, must submit the SG Arrival Card within three days before arrival. It is separate from your eVisa. You can add SGAC filing to your visa application as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee.
π¨οΈ Print or digital is fine
You can carry a printed copy of your eVisa letter or keep a digital copy on your phone. Airlines and immigration can verify it electronically, but a saved PDF is always a good backup.
π 30 nationalities supported
We currently support 30 nationalities across CIS, Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia. Check your country page for tier, entry types and exact documents.
Frequently asked questions
Short answers to what travellers ask most about how our process works.
Every Singapore visa file needs a local sponsor. That sponsor must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or a Singapore-registered company. Most travellers do not have a sponsor in Singapore, so they file through a registered private agent. Singapore Visa Online is a Singapore-registered private agent that acts as your sponsor, prepares your file and submits it to ICA on your behalf.
Three speeds are available. Standard is about 8 working days, Priority is about 5 working days, and Express is about 3 working days. The clock starts once our specialists finish the review and your file is lodged with ICA. Actual decision time can vary based on nationality and ICA workload.
A passport bio page with at least 6 months validity, a recent passport-style photo, a confirmed or tentative flight booking, and a hotel reservation or invitation letter. Tier 2 passports may optionally add a short cover letter describing the purpose of the trip. Your country page lists the exact checklist for your nationality.
No. Singapore Visa Online is a private visa consultancy registered in Singapore. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the Government of Singapore, the Ministry of Home Affairs or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority. Our service fee is separate from the government visa fee, which we collect and remit on your behalf.
Yes. A Singapore tourist eVisa is valid at every official checkpoint, including the Woodlands and Tuas land crossings with Malaysia, Changi and Seletar airports, and the sea terminals at Marina Bay Cruise Centre, HarbourFront and Tanah Merah.
Within 24 hours our specialists review your documents and send you a confirmation. If everything is in order we lodge the file with ICA right away. You can track progress on our Visa Status page and we email you at every stage, from Pending Review to Approved.
The length of stay is decided by the immigration officer at the checkpoint on arrival. Most tourists are granted up to 29 days per entry. The eVisa itself is valid for 63 days from the date of issue, which is the window you have to enter Singapore.
Yes. The SG Arrival Card is a separate digital health and immigration declaration that every visitor must submit within three days before arriving. You can add SGAC filing to your visa application as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee, and our team completes it for you.
