Where is my visa?
If your eVisa has not arrived within the stated processing window, check your spam and junk folders first. Still nothing? Message us on WhatsApp with your reference number and we will chase it immediately.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel before we submit your application, a partial refund applies. Government visa fees are non-refundable, this is Singapore government policy, not ours. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Is my personal data safe?
Yes. Your passport and personal data are transmitted over a 256-bit SSL connection, the same standard used by banks. We never store your full card details and we do not share your data with third parties. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
I made a mistake in my application, how do I fix it?
If we have not submitted your file yet, message us immediately on WhatsApp or by email with your reference number and the correction needed. If the file has already been submitted, contact us as soon as possible, the sooner we know, the more options we have to correct it.
