All Singapore travelers and visa applicants are required to apply for the Arrival card. We suggest you to submit this form when you apply for your Singapore visa with us, so we can process this application on time. Please note that the form should be submitted three days before your arrival date.
Penalties for failure to submit or incorrect information by the ICA
Failure to complete/submit this card:
- Fine of up to S$10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months
- Fine of up to S$20,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 12 months (subsequent offense)
Providing false information:
- Fine of up to S$10,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 6 months
- Fine of up to S$20,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 12 months (subsequent offense)

Each Applicant must submit a separate form. We suggest you submit the Visa Application form first and then Submit this Arrival Card form with your visa application ID.
