Singapore does not have an embassy or consulate in Baghdad, so you cannot apply face-to-face inside Iraq. Singapore ICA rules ask for an authorized local sponsor or visa agent inside Singapore to file visa applications for Iraqi nationals. Yes. A European residence permit (Aufenthaltstitel, Ausländerausweis, Uppehållstillstånd) does not change your nationality. Under current ICA rules, the Singapore visa for Iraqi nationals is issued only as Single Entry or Double Entry. Multiple Entry is not offered on this passport. Iraq's official currency is the Iraqi Dinar (IQD). When you pay on our site you are charged in USD. Your Iraqi card or wallet converts Iraqi Dinar to USD at your bank's daily rate. The amount you see on your statement will be a few cents different from the listed USD price because of the exchange rate on the day. There is no extra currency-conversion fee on our side.

The visa itself is valid for 63 days from the day ICA issues it, so you must enter Singapore at least once inside that window.
