Do Jordanian citizens need a visa for Singapore?
Yes. If you hold a Jordanian passport, you need a visa to enter Singapore. This applies to holidays, business trips, family visits, medical treatment, and even short airport stops where you leave the transit area. The easiest path today is the online Singapore eVisa. It is approved by ICA (Singapore's immigration authority) and delivered to your email in 3 to 8 working days. You can choose Single Entry for one visit or Double Entry for two visits inside 63 days. Multiple Entry is not issued to Jordanian passport holders at this time. You also need the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC). Every traveler must submit the SGAC within 3 days before arrival. You can add SGAC filing as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee.

Why Singapore is a perfect short getaway for Jordanians
From Amman, Zarqa, Irbid, and Aqaba, Singapore is one of the easiest long-weekend and week-long destinations in Asia. Here is why so many Jordanian travelers choose it for tourism, shopping, medical check-ups, and family breaks.
Escape the rainy Amman winter. Singapore is 28 °C all year.
From December through February, Amman and Irbid sit at 5 to 10 °C with cold rain and occasional snow, while Aqaba is pleasant but windy. Singapore stays a consistent 26 to 32 °C every month. It is the easiest winter reset for Jordanian travelers, no heavy coats, no fog-delayed flights, just summer clothes and Marina Bay sunsets.
🌡️ 28 °C avg ☀️ No winter season 🏝️ Beach in 25 min
One-stop from Amman via Dubai, Doha or Istanbul
Queen Alia (AMM) connects daily to Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, and Istanbul, with fast transfers to Singapore. Total travel time is usually 12 to 16 hours, often overnight, so you land fresh and ready to explore.
Halal-friendly, English-speaking, Muslim-welcoming
Over 3,000 MUIS-certified halal restaurants. Arab Street and Kampong Glam feel like home with Middle Eastern flavors, prayer rooms at Changi and every big mall, and English as the working language. No language barrier for Jordanian visitors.
Shopping, medical tourism, and 9% tax refund
Orchard Road, ION, and Marina Bay Sands stock every global brand with a 9% GST refund at Changi. Mount Elizabeth and Raffles Medical draw Jordanian patients for specialist care, often combined with a short family holiday.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to the questions Jordanian travelers ask us the most before they apply.
Visa basics for Jordanian passport holders
Yes. If you hold a Jordanian passport, you need a Singapore visa before you board your flight to Changi. This applies to tourism, family visits, business meetings, medical care, and even short airport stops where you plan to leave the transit area. Singapore does not have an embassy or consulate in Amman, so you cannot apply face-to-face inside Jordan. The simplest and only practical path is the online Singapore eVisa, filed on your behalf by a Singapore-based sponsor like us and delivered to your email.
Singapore ICA rules ask for an authorized local sponsor or visa agent inside Singapore to file visa applications for Jordanian nationals. You cannot submit a file to ICA by yourself from Amman, Zarqa, or any other Jordanian city. Our Singapore office at 68 Circular Road acts as your sponsor. We prepare the Letter of Introduction (LOI), upload your papers, and follow your case until it is approved. You do not need a friend, employer, or family inside Singapore to invite you.
Yes. The Jordanian passport is fully accepted by Singapore ICA for visa applications. Our Singapore office files your case with full LOI sponsorship, and we have approved thousands of Jordanian applicants over the years. Jordan and Singapore have long-standing diplomatic relations, and there are no special restrictions on Jordanian nationals applying through the online eVisa route.
If you also hold a US, UK, Canadian, Australian, German, French, or any other EU passport, use that one. Most of those nationalities enter Singapore visa-free for 30 to 90 days with no paperwork needed. Use your Jordanian passport only if that is the one you will actually travel on. We will confirm the best choice during our free WhatsApp pre-check.
Yes. A residence permit (UAE Emirates ID, Saudi Iqama, US Green Card, UK ILR, Canadian PR, German Aufenthaltstitel) does not change your nationality. If you travel on a Jordanian passport you still need the Singapore eVisa, even if you have lived abroad for many years. The good news is that a stable overseas residence history often speeds up our pre-check because ICA sees a clear address and work record.
Pricing, payment and entry types
All prices are in US dollars and all-inclusive (Singapore government fee + LOI sponsor fee + our service fee). Standard (8 working days): USD 135 single, USD 169 double. Priority (5 working days): USD 179 single, USD 199 double. Express (3 working days): USD 209 single, USD 229 double. No hidden charges. You see the final amount before you pay.
Under current ICA rules, the Singapore visa for Jordanian nationals is issued only as Single Entry or Double Entry. Multiple Entry is not offered on this passport. If your plan is to enter Singapore twice inside the 63-day validity window, for example Singapore on the way out to Bali and then again on the way home, choose Double Entry when you apply. For three or more entries you must submit a fresh application after each visit.
We offer three speeds. Standard takes 8 working days. Priority takes 5 working days. Express takes 3 working days. Counting starts the day after we file your papers, not on Saturday, Sunday, or Singapore public holidays. Please apply a few days early and avoid booking a non-refundable flight until your eVisa is in your email.
Yes, as long as your card is turned on for international online payments in USD. International debit and credit cards issued by Arab Bank, Jordan Kuwait Bank, Cairo Amman Bank, Housing Bank, Bank of Jordan, Capital Bank, and Jordan Islamic Bank all work on our secure USD gateway. Most Jordanian banks let you flip the international-payments switch inside your mobile banking app in under a minute, or you can request activation at any branch.
Jordan uses the Jordanian Dinar (JOD) as its official currency, pegged at about 1.41 USD. When you pay on our site you are charged in USD. Your Jordanian card or wallet converts Jordanian Dinar to USD at your bank's daily rate. The amount you see on your statement will be a few cents different from the listed USD price because of the exchange rate on the day. There is no extra currency-conversion fee on our side.
Passport, stay and family travel
ICA needs at least 6 months of passport validity from the day you arrive in Singapore. If your passport expires in 7 months and you plan to travel in the next few weeks, you are fine. If your trip is later, renew first. Passport renewal in Jordan through the Ministry of Internal Affairs or at a Jordan diplomatic mission abroad usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. Our pre-check will flag any file close to the 6-month threshold before you pay.
Up to 29 days per entry. The officer at Changi Airport decides the exact number of days when you arrive. The visa itself is valid for 63 days from the day ICA issues it, so you must enter Singapore at least once inside that window. To stay longer than 29 days, you must file an extension on the ICA e-Service, and extensions are not always granted.
Yes. Every person needs their own Singapore eVisa linked to their own Jordan passport, including babies. We bundle the whole family into one payment and one delivery email. Children need their own photo and their own passport bio scan. We recommend the same speed tier for everyone so your visas all land on the same day. If your spouse has a different family name, carry the children's birth certificates (and a marriage certificate if only one parent travels) for Changi arrival.
Yes. Many Jordanian travelers build a Southeast Asia loop: Singapore plus Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, or Bali. Your Singapore eVisa covers Singapore only, but Jordanian citizens can enter Malaysia for up to 30 days visa-free, Thailand for up to 30 days visa-free, and Indonesia with a visa on arrival in Bali. If you plan to come back into Singapore after a side trip, choose Double Entry at the start of your application, not Single Entry.
In Singapore: culture, safety, language
ICA does not demand travel insurance for Jordanian tourists, but we strongly recommend it. Healthcare in Singapore is excellent but expensive for foreigners, and a single emergency room visit can run into the hundreds of dollars. A basic travel insurance policy from a Jordanian or European insurer usually costs under 20 Jordanian Dinar for a two-week trip and covers hospital bills, flight delays, and lost luggage. Carry your policy number on your phone when you land at Changi.
Size 35mm x 45mm. Taken within the last 3 months. Plain white background. Face must be fully visible, neutral expression, no big smile. No sunglasses, no glare on glasses, no jewelry on the face. Religious head coverings are allowed as long as the full face oval stays visible from forehead to chin. We review every photo before we file. If the photo is off, we ask you for a free retake and help you from your phone.
Yes. Singapore is one of the top 5 safest cities in the world for solo women travelers. The MRT runs until around midnight, Grab and normal taxis are reliable and metered, and police response is very fast. Hotels and hostels are used to solo female guests from Jordanian Dinarpe, and staff speak English. Many Jordanian women make this trip alone for work or a short break with no issues at all. You can dress however you feel comfortable, Singapore is open and multicultural.
Your journey: Amman to Changi
There is no direct flight from Jordan to Singapore. Jordanian travelers typically fly one-stop from Queen Alia International (AMM) via Dubai (Emirates or flydubai), Doha (Qatar Airways), Abu Dhabi (Etihad), or Istanbul (Turkish Airlines). Royal Jordanian also operates between Amman and major Gulf hubs with onward connections to Singapore on partner carriers. Total travel time is usually 12 to 16 hours door to door. Your Singapore eVisa is valid no matter how many stops you take.
We reply in Arabic and English on WhatsApp, email, and phone. Most first answers come back in under 15 minutes during Amman working hours. If your English is limited, write to us in Arabic and we will answer in the same language. Our agents are used to Arabic names written in Roman letters, so you do not need to worry about transliteration differences between your passport and your booking.

No. We are a private Singapore visa consultancy registered at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We are an authorized local sponsor and visa agent under ICA rules. We are not a government office in Jordan or Singapore, and we are not an embassy. Our own service fee is shown clearly before you pay, separate from the Singapore government fee.
