Do Tunisian citizens need a visa for Singapore?

Yes. If you have a Tunisian passport, you need a visa to enter Singapore. This is true for holidays, business trips, medical visits, or even a stop at the airport. The easiest way is to apply online. We send your visa to your email in 3 to 8 working days, after Singapore (ICA) approves it. You can pick Single Entry if you will visit Singapore one time, or Double Entry if you will visit two times within 63 days. Multiple Entry is not given to Tunisian passport holders right now. You also need the SG Arrival Card. You must fill it in the 3 days before you land. If you want, we can do this for you for a small extra fee. Just tell us when you apply.

What Tunisian travelers say about us

The experience was very good and efficient. We applied for a visa on 5 December and received a response by 17 December. Very quick, despite the bad comments I had read beforehand. I really recommend it.

After reading positive reviews, I submitted my request through their website. I hit a small technical issue with the upload, their team helped me fix it over WhatsApp, and I received my visa 4 days before my scheduled arrival. Would use them again.

01

The Route

Easy to reach in one day, with just one stop

There is no direct flight from Tunis to Singapore. But you can fly with just one stop, through Istanbul (Turkish Airlines), Dubai (Emirates), Doha (Qatar Airways) or Paris (Air France with Singapore Airlines). The whole trip takes 15 to 19 hours. If you live in Europe, the same flights work for you too. So Tunisians in Europe also have an easy path to Singapore.

  • TUN → IST → SIN
  • TUN → DXB → SIN
  • TUN → DOH → SIN
  • TUN → CDG → SIN

02

Muslim-friendly

Halal food is easy to find, from Arab Street to the airport

Singapore is one of the best cities in Asia for Muslim travelers. MUIS (the Singapore halal body) has checked thousands of restaurants, hotel kitchens and airport food places. Areas like Kampong Glam, Arab Street and Geylang Serai feel like home. You can find shawarma, mandi, biryani, mint tea and Arabic coffee just a short train ride from the city center. Almost every airport and shopping mall has a prayer room.

  • MUIS-certified halal
  • Kampong Glam district
  • Prayer rooms at Changi
  • Qibla in most hotels

03

The Circuit

Visit Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok or Bali on the same trip

Most Tunisian travelers like to see more than one country on their first trip. Kuala Lumpur is 5 hours by bus or 1 hour by plane. Bangkok is 2 hours by plane. Bali is also close with a short flight. Pick Double Entry so you can come back to Singapore without getting a new visa. Tunisian families also love Sentosa Island, Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay and the Night Safari. They are safe and easy for kids.

  • Double Entry for return leg
  • SIN ↔ KUL in 1 hour
  • Universal Studios
  • Sentosa Island
  • GST refund at Changi

04

The Process

No embassy visit, no papers to drop in Tunis

There is no Singapore embassy in Tunis that gives visas. This is why many Tunisians feel stuck before they start. By the rules, only a licensed agent in Singapore can file your visa. That agent is us. Your visa is filed online. Singapore (ICA) approves it in 3 to 8 working days. You get the PDF in your email. No courier, no lost passport, no waiting at an embassy. Just message us on WhatsApp in Arabic or French if you need help.

  • 100% online application
  • We file as your sponsor
  • eVisa by email
  • Arabic + French concierges

Frequently asked questions

Simple answers to the questions Tunisian travelers ask us the most before they apply.

Visa basics for Tunisian passport holders

Yes. If you have a Tunisian passport, you must get a Singapore visa before your flight. You cannot get a visa at the airport. You cannot enter Singapore visa-free either. The easiest and cheapest way is to apply online. A licensed agent in Singapore signs for you, and the visa comes to your email.

It is a Singapore rule. Only a licensed agent inside Singapore can file your visa. Our Singapore office at 68 Circular Road is a licensed agent. We give you the Letter of Introduction (LOI) that Singapore (ICA) asks for. So you do not need any family, friend or company in Singapore.

If you also have a valid EU passport (French, Italian, German, Belgian, etc.), use the EU one. EU passport holders do not need a visa for Singapore. They can stay up to 90 days. Use your Tunisian passport only if you will travel with it. We will tell you which is best when we check your file.

Yes. A residence permit (Carte de Séjour, Permesso di Soggiorno, Aufenthaltstitel) does not change your nationality. If you travel on a Tunisian passport, you still need a Singapore visa. This is true even if you live full-time in France, Italy, Germany or another EU country. The good news: long-term EU residents often get smoother approval from ICA.

Pricing, payment and entry types

Here are our full prices in US dollars. All fees are inside the price (government fee + sponsor fee + our service fee). Standard (8 working days): $135 single, $169 double. Priority (5 working days): $179 single, $199 double. Express (3 working days): $209 single, $229 double. No hidden fees. No surprises.

Right now, the Singapore rule for Tunisian passports only allows Single Entry or Double Entry. Multiple Entry is not given. If you need to enter Singapore two times in 63 days, for example on your way to Bangkok or Bali and then on your way back, pick Double Entry when you apply.

Yes. Your card just needs to be turned on for online payments abroad. Cards from BIAT, Attijari Bank, STB, BH Bank, Zitouna Bank, UIB and other Tunisian banks all work. The travel allowance from the Tunisian Central Bank also needs to be active on your card. You can turn on international payments in your bank's mobile app or at any branch in Tunis.

The easiest way is to use a Tunisian bank card that is turned on for payments abroad. Use the money from your Allocation Touristique or Allocation Voyage d'Affaires. You can also pay with a mobile wallet linked to a Tunisian card that has international payments on. Or you can use a family member's card from abroad. We charge you in US dollars. Your bank changes dinars to dollars at their own rate. We only take the card and wallet payments shown at the bottom of this page.

Yes. Under Tunisian Central Bank rules, any money you spend abroad comes from your yearly Allocation Touristique. This includes the $135 to $229 visa fee. Check that you still have enough allocation left before you apply. If you already used it, ask your bank for a short business allowance (Allocation Voyage d'Affaires) for this payment. Or use a family member's card.

Passport, stay and family travel

Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you land in Singapore. If your passport ends in 7 months and you fly in the next 30 days, you are fine. If you plan to fly later, it is safer to renew first. We will warn you if your passport is close to the 6-month limit.

The 29-day stay starts the day you arrive in Singapore and get your stamp at Changi. It does NOT start when you leave Tunis. But the 63-day visa life starts on the day Singapore (ICA) approves your visa. You must enter Singapore at least one time before those 63 days end.

Yes. Each person (adult, teen or baby) needs their own Singapore visa. But we can put the whole family in one file, with one payment and one email. Children need their own photo and a copy of their Tunisian passport page. Pick the same speed for everyone, so all visas arrive at the same time.

Many Tunisian travelers visit Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Bali on the same trip. The Singapore visa is only for Singapore. For other countries you need a different visa or permit (Thailand eVisa, Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, Indonesia VOA). If you will come back to Singapore on the way home, pick Double Entry at the start, not Single.

In Singapore: culture, safety, language

Yes, very much. Singapore has one of the best halal scenes in Asia. MUIS is the body that gives halal certificates. You can find halal restaurants, hotel kitchens and airport food places in the MUIS Halal Directory. Kampong Glam, Arab Street and Geylang Serai are the best areas for Middle Eastern and Southeast Asian halal food.

Yes. Singapore is in the top 5 safest cities in the world for women who travel alone. The trains run until midnight. Taxis and the Grab app are safe and easy to use. The laws are strict and the police are quick. Hotels and hostels are used to women staying alone. Many Tunisian women make this trip alone with no problem.

Yes. Our team speaks Arabic, Tunisian darija, French and English. Tunisia is 7 hours behind Singapore, so early afternoon in Tunis is our morning. We reply on WhatsApp, email or phone. We also help you fill the Singapore Arrival Card before your flight.

Your journey: Tunis-Carthage to Changi

There is no direct flight. Most Tunisians fly with one stop in Istanbul (Turkish Airlines), Dubai (Emirates or flydubai), Doha (Qatar Airways) or Paris (Air France and Singapore Airlines). The whole trip takes 15 to 19 hours. Your Singapore visa is good no matter where you stop on the way.

No, you do not have to. But Singapore (ICA) can ask for one. We suggest you keep a 3-month statement (in French or English) from your main bank (BIAT, Attijari, STB or UIB) with a normal balance, just in case. This is a good idea if you are a first-time traveler, a student, or if you just renewed your passport.

Our service

The Singapore (ICA) government part of the fee is not refunded. That is a government rule. Our service fee CAN be refunded under our fair-refund rules, as long as the visa was not rejected because of a mistake you made. We check every Tunisian file before we send it. That is why 98 out of 100 Tunisian files are approved.

No. We are a private visa company. Our office is at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. We are licensed in Singapore to be your agent and sponsor with a Letter of Introduction. We are NOT ICA or the Government of Singapore. Our service fee is shown clearly next to the government fee. The official ICA website is ica.gov.sg.
