🏙️ Apply from Ukraine or the EU diaspora

💳 Ukrainian and EU cards both accepted
We accept UAH-issued Visa and Mastercard cards from Ukrainian banks such as PrivatBank, Monobank and Oschadbank, alongside EU-issued cards many Ukrainians now use in Poland or Germany. All payments are charged in USD through a PCI-DSS gateway.
👪 Family-friendly within 30 minutes of downtown
Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium, Gardens by the Bay and the Night Safari are all a short taxi or MRT ride away. One of the smoothest long-haul destinations for Ukrainian families traveling with children for the first time to Asia.
🛡️ Safe, English-speaking, LOI handled by us

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions from Ukrainian travelers applying for a Singapore visa.
Start here
Yes. A valid Singapore visa is required for every Ukrainian passport holder, no matter where in the world you live. The quickest route is the online eVisa, filed by an authorized local agent in Singapore and emailed to you after ICA approval. No embassy appointment, no interview, no courier.
Either works. Any valid Ukrainian international passport is accepted, biometric or not, as long as it has at least 6 months validity beyond your arrival date and two blank pages for entry stamps. Your internal Ukrainian passport (паспорт громадянина України) cannot be used for this application.
Singapore requires a registered local sponsor or visa agent to file applications from Ukrainian nationals. As your authorized agent we prepare the Letter of Introduction (LOI) and submit the file on your behalf, so you don't have to find a sponsor yourself.
Yes. Every traveler, including infants, needs their own Ukrainian passport and their own eVisa application. A parent's visa does not cover the child, even if they travel on the same booking.
Applying from Ukraine or from abroad
Yes. Ukrainian passport holders can apply from anywhere in the world. The eVisa arrives in your email regardless of which country you're in. Ukrainians currently in the EU under Temporary Protection, or settled in the UK, Turkey or Canada, can all use the service without returning to Ukraine.
Yes. Your country of residence doesn't matter, only your Ukrainian passport does. We issue the eVisa regardless of your current address. Clients have successfully applied from the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Australia and more than 40 other countries with their Ukrainian passport.
Enter your current residential address. If you now live in Warsaw, Berlin or Prague, use that address. If you're in Ukraine, use your current Ukrainian address. ICA uses this only for contact purposes and it doesn't affect eligibility.
Our primary support language is English. We also have team members who handle queries in Russian, so Ukrainian customers can reach us on WhatsApp, email or chat in either language. Responses typically come back within 15 business minutes.
Fees, timing and payment
Standard is 8 working days, Priority is 5 working days, and **Express **is 3 working days. Times exclude the day of submission and Singapore public holidays. For peace of mind, plan to apply at least 3 weeks before departure.
Standard: USD 95 single, 109 double, 119 multiple. Priority: USD 125 single, 135 double, 145 multiple. Express: USD 149 single, 159 double, 169 multiple. Prices are all-in and include the ICA government fee and our service fee.
Yes. Any international Visa or Mastercard works, including UAH-issued cards from Monobank, PrivatBank, Pumb, Raiffeisen, Oschadbank and Ukrsibbank, as long as the card is enabled for international online payments. The amount is charged in USD and your bank converts it at the current rate.
A few workarounds: use a family member's card, open a Wise or Revolut multi-currency card that supports USD, or request an invoice from us for international bank transfer. We'll hold your draft application while you arrange payment so you don't lose your spot in the queue.
No. The government portion of the fee is non-refundable per ICA policy, regardless of outcome. We run a full document pre-check before filing to minimize this risk by flagging photo, passport or booking issues in advance.
Your Singapore trip
Up to 29 days per entry, at the ICA officer's discretion on arrival. The visa itself is valid 63 days from issue, during which you must enter Singapore at least once.
Single entry is for one round trip only. Double entry is the perfect match for a Singapore plus Bali, Phuket or Kuala Lumpur combo where you return to Singapore before heading home. Multiple entry is for IT contractors, bleisure travelers or conference goers making several regional hops inside the 63-day window.
Yes, Ukrainian nationals qualify for Singapore's 96-hour Visa-Free Transit Facility (VFTF) if they hold a confirmed onward air, sea or ferry ticket departing Singapore within 96 hours. VFTF is stopover-only. If Singapore is your destination, or the connection is uncertain, an eVisa is the safer choice.
Yes, and it's one of the most popular itineraries for Ukrainian travelers. Pick double or multiple entry, fly into Changi, spend time in Singapore, hop to Bali, Phuket or KL, and return through Changi on the way home. Direct connections across Southeast Asia make Changi the best regional hub.
Documents and photo
Taken within the last 3 months, 35mm by 45mm, plain white background, full face visible, neutral expression, no headgear (religious headwear is permitted only if facial features remain clearly visible), no glasses with glare, high resolution, no filters.
The top causes are: photos that don't meet ICA's 35x45mm specs, a blurry scan of the passport biodata page, missing onward flight ticket, hotel booking that doesn't align with the entry and exit dates, and name spellings that don't match the passport (Latin vs. Cyrillic transliteration is the most common gotcha). We flag these in the pre-check.
At Changi and after approval
Your Ukrainian passport, the printed or digital eVisa, your SG Arrival Card confirmation, and supporting documents (onward ticket, hotel booking). Immigration may ask short questions about your stay and funds, have answers ready.
You need both. The eVisa is your legal permission to travel. The Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) is a separate free electronic health and immigration declaration that every traveler must submit within 3 days before arrival. We'll be happy to file the SGAC for you as an additional service, just let us know when you apply.
No. The Singapore eVisa is strictly for short-term tourism and business visits such as meetings or conferences. Paid work requires a Work Pass from the Ministry of Manpower. Study over 30 days requires a Student Pass.
