☪️ A Muslim-friendly city for Kyrgyz Muslims
Singapore's Malay-Muslim community is large and welcoming. Over 3,000 MUIS-certified halal restaurants. Mosques in every district, plus prayer rooms at Changi, big malls, and museums. Arab Street and Kampong Glam feel like a familiar neighborhood.
💳 Payment rails that actually clear
Many locally issued Kyrgyz cards are not enabled for international online payments by default, and some need the bank to activate them first. Our checkout runs in US dollars on an international gateway, and our team guides you to a payment option that will clear without issues.
🎢 Family-friendly within a 30-minute ride
Universal Studios Sentosa, S.E.A. Aquarium, Gardens by the Bay, the Night Safari, and Adventure Cove are all within a short taxi or MRT trip. Clean, safe, orderly fun for Kyrgyz families travelling with children for the first time in Asia.
📜 We handle the LOI you cannot get alone
Kyrgyz passport holders cannot file directly with ICA. A locally registered Singapore sponsor must issue the Letter of Introduction. That is exactly what we do. No friend or relative needed in Singapore, we are your authorized local sponsor.

Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to the most common questions from Kyrgyz travelers going to Singapore. Written in simple English so everyone can follow.
Before you apply
Yes. If you hold a Kyrgyz Republic passport, you need a visa before you travel to Singapore. This applies to holidays, business trips, family visits, medical treatment, and even a short airport stop where you leave the plane. The easiest route today is the online Singapore eVisa. It is approved by ICA (Singapore's immigration authority) and sent to your email. There is no Singapore embassy in Bishkek, so you cannot walk in to apply. Everything is done online through a Singapore-based sponsor like us.
Singapore requires an authorized local sponsor or visa agent to submit visa applications for Kyrgyz nationals under ICA rules. You cannot file a visa form to ICA by yourself from Bishkek or Osh. That is where we step in. We are that sponsor. We file your papers, prepare the Letter of Introduction (LOI) that Singapore requires, and follow your case until it is approved. You do not need to find a friend or relative in Singapore to invite you.
Yes. Many Kyrgyz workers apply from Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Almaty, Istanbul, Ankara, or Dubai. Use your current residential address, not your Kyrgyzstan registration. Your passport is still Kyrgyz. If ICA asks, share your residence permit, patent, or work contract. Your eVisa is valid whether you fly from Bishkek, from Almaty, or from the country where you live and work.
Only four things. One, a clear scan of the photo page of your Kyrgyz international passport (not your national ID card). Two, one passport-size color photo on a plain white background. Three, your travel plan, and we can help with the flight and hotel side if you need. Four, the payment in US dollars. You do not need a bank statement, a salary letter, or an invitation from anyone in Singapore.
Processing speed and pricing in USD
We offer three speeds. Standard takes 8 working days. Priority takes 5 working days. Express takes 3 working days. Counting starts the day after we file your papers, not Saturday or Sunday. Please apply a few days in advance and do not book a non-refundable flight until your eVisa is in your email.
All prices are in US dollars and all-inclusive, covering the Singapore government fee, the LOI sponsor fee, and our service fee as a single total. Standard: USD 95 single, 109 double, 119 multiple. Priority: USD 125 single, 135 double, 145 multiple. Express: USD 149 single, 159 double, 169 multiple. No hidden charges. You see the final number before you pay.
Single Entry is best for a direct round trip from Bishkek to Singapore and back. Double Entry is popular with Kyrgyz travelers who plan to see Singapore and also visit Bali, Phuket, or Kuala Lumpur, then return to Singapore before flying home. Multiple Entry suits business people, traders buying from Mustafa Centre and electronics wholesalers, and Umrah travelers who transit through Singapore more than twice within 63 days.
Your stay, flights and onward travel
Up to 29 days per entry. The immigration officer at Changi Airport decides the exact number of days you get when you arrive. The visa itself is valid for 63 days from the day it is issued, so you must enter Singapore at least once within that window. To stay longer, you can apply for an extension on the ICA e-Service, but it is not always approved.
No direct flight from Manas International Airport (FRU) in Bishkek to Singapore is running today. Kyrgyz travelers usually connect through Istanbul (Turkish Airlines), Dubai (flydubai, Emirates), Almaty (Air Astana), Moscow (Aeroflot), or Urumqi (China Southern). Total travel time is roughly 13 to 17 hours door to door. Your eVisa works regardless of how many stops your route has.
Your Singapore eVisa is only valid for Singapore. But these countries are next door, and many Kyrgyz travelers combine them. Indonesia (Bali) gives Kyrgyz citizens a visa on arrival. Malaysia allows Kyrgyz passport holders to stay up to 30 days visa-free. Thailand is visa-free for up to 60 days for Kyrgyz nationals. Just pick Double or Multiple entry so you can return to Singapore from Malaysia or Indonesia before you fly home.
Yes. The standard Singapore eVisa covers short medical visits to private hospitals such as Mount Elizabeth, Raffles, Gleneagles, and Parkway. If you need to stay longer than 29 days, we can help you obtain a supporting letter from the hospital for an extension request on ICA. Most Kyrgyz medical patients choose Double or Multiple entry so they can leave the country and return for follow-up appointments.
Yes. Many Kyrgyz Muslims add a short stop in Singapore on the way to or from Saudi Arabia because several connecting flights route through Changi. You need a Single or Double entry eVisa, depending on whether you want to enter on the way out and on the way back. Your Hajj or Umrah visa for Saudi Arabia is separate and handled by the Saudi side. Singapore has mosques in every district, halal food everywhere, and major malls to rest and shop during the layover.
Documents, names and photo rules
No. Singapore uses the Latin name written in the machine-readable zone at the bottom of your current passport. If your name has been spelled differently in an old passport or in older airline bookings (for example, Kyrgyz Latin vs. Russian transliteration), always use the exact spelling shown in your current passport. We cross-check every letter before filing. Do not worry, we handle these small differences for you.
Size 35mm x 45mm. Taken within the last 3 months. Plain white background. The whole face must be visible. Neutral expression, no smile. A hijab or religious head cover is allowed as long as the full face oval is clear from forehead to chin. A traditional kalpak is not accepted because it hides the forehead. Please take the photo without any headwear unless it is religious. No big sunglasses, no glare, no jewellery covering the face. We check every photo you send and retake it for free if it does not pass.
Yes. Every person, adult or infant, needs their own eVisa linked to their own passport. Babies also need one. If your wife has a different family name, that is normal in Kyrgyz practice and not a problem. At Changi Airport, please carry each child's birth certificate in case staff ask about the family link, especially if only one parent travels with the kids.
Payment options from Kyrgyzstan
Our checkout runs in US dollars on an international payment gateway. Some locally issued Kyrgyz cards are not enabled for international online payments by default, so your bank may need to activate that first. If your card is declined, please message us on WhatsApp and we will guide you to a payment option that will clear without issues. Most Kyrgyz applicants are able to pay on the first try once their card is set up for international use.
At the airport and inside Singapore
When you check in at Manas International with Turkish Airlines, flydubai, Aeroflot, Air Astana, or another carrier, the airline ground staff will scan the visa number printed on your eVisa PDF. Please carry both a printed color copy and a copy on your phone. Also keep your return ticket and hotel booking ready on your device. These are rarely asked for, but helpful to have.
You also need to file the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC). It is a short online health and entry declaration that every traveler must submit within 3 days before arrival in Singapore. It is a separate form from the eVisa. Without it you can be stopped at immigration even if your eVisa is correct. We are happy to file the SGAC for you as an additional service, just let us know when you apply.
Yes, very easy. Singapore has over 3,000 halal-certified restaurants approved by MUIS, the official Islamic body. Kampong Glam, Arab Street, and Geylang Serai are packed with halal Middle Eastern, Turkish, Indian, and Malay food. Big malls like ION Orchard, VivoCity, and Marina Bay Sands all have halal options. Every mosque in the city also has prayer space, wudu facilities, and often a small cafe for travelers.
