There are certain eligibility criteria for the Singapore Visa Free Transit Facility or VFTF. Citizens of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Georgia, India, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and China may get a VFTF. Is Singapore under Schengen visa?

Currently, Singapore does not provide visas upon arrival. Costa Rican citizens do not need a visa to visit Singapore for a short visit and can extend their stay with a short extension upon application.

Can I go to Singapore from Malaysia without visa?

The answer is yes; Costa Ricans can visit Singapore from Malaysia without a visa. You have to get a Malaysian visa beforehand to enter the country as it is not entry free for Costa Rican citizens.
