Yes. Every Armenian passport holder needs a visa to enter Singapore, whether for tourism, a business meeting, a medical consultation or a family trip. The fastest route is the online eVisa, an electronic document issued by ICA and emailed to you after approval. No embassy visit or in-person interview is required.

Singapore requires applications from Armenian nationals to be filed through a registered sponsor or visa agent inside Singapore.
