We send your visa to your email in 3 to 8 working days, after Singapore (ICA) approves it. Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions from Turkmen travelers applying for a Singapore visa.
Quick basics
Yes. Every Turkmen passport holder must obtain a Singapore visa before travel. For tourism, family visits, medical trips or business, the fastest route is the online eVisa, filed by an authorized local agent in Singapore and delivered to your email after ICA approval.
Yes. Singapore is one of the safest countries in the world (consistently top 5 in global safety rankings). English is an official language and widely used everywhere — transport, shops, hotels, hospitals. Many hotels, hospitals (Mount Elizabeth, Raffles Medical, Gleneagles) and Changi Airport also have Russian-speaking staff and signage. Taxi apps (Grab, ComfortDelGro) work in English and payments can be cashless. For first-time travelers from Ashgabat, Türkmenabat or Daşoguz, it is one of the easiest Asian cities to navigate.
Extremely safe. Singapore is consistently ranked in the top 5 safest countries worldwide by the Global Peace Index and Gallup. Streets are clean, the MRT and public buses run until after midnight, and it is common to see solo women and families walking at night. Tap water is potable. Pickpocketing and scams are rare. For first-time Turkmen travelers arriving from Ashgabat or Türkmenabat, it is one of the most beginner-friendly Asian destinations you can pick.
Singapore requires Turkmen applications to be submitted by a registered local sponsor or visa agent inside Singapore. We act as your authorized sponsor, prepare the Letter of Introduction (LOI) and file the application for you. You don't need to know anyone in Singapore.
Fees, timing and TMT payment
Standard is 8 working days, Priority is 5 working days, Express is 3 working days. Times exclude the day of submission and Singapore public holidays. We recommend applying at least 3 weeks before departure for breathing room.
Standard: USD 95 single, 109 double, 119 multiple. Priority: USD 125 single, 135 double, 145 multiple. Express: USD 149 single, 159 double, 169 multiple. Prices are all-in, including ICA government fee and our service fee.
Our checkout is fully online and secure. The service fee is charged in USD and your Turkmen issuing bank will convert at the current rate, the same way you pay for any international website from Ashgabat or Türkmenabat. Most international debit and credit cards issued by major Turkmen banks work out of the box as long as they are enabled for online international payments. If your card is blocked abroad, we can also accept payment via a relative's card overseas or a virtual international card service — just ask our team on WhatsApp.
Several options. Ask your bank to enable "международные операции" (international transactions) on your card, use a family member's card, open a Humans or Wise multi-currency card, or request an invoice from us for international SWIFT transfer. We'll hold your draft while you sort out payment.
No. The ICA portion of the fee is non-refundable by policy, regardless of outcome. Our document pre-check is your best protection: we audit every photo, scan and booking before filing to catch issues that typically trigger rejections.
Medical, family and seasonal travel
Yes. Singapore is a major regional medical hub for Turkmen and Central Asian patients. Mount Elizabeth, Raffles Medical, Gleneagles, Parkway East and Thomson Medical run dedicated international patient departments, often with Russian-speaking coordinators. Cardiology, oncology, orthopedic surgery, neurology and fertility are the most common cases. A standard tourist eVisa is sufficient for initial consultations and short treatments. For longer stays, the hospital will advise on the Medical Treatment visit pass.
Exceptionally so. Universal Studios Singapore (Sentosa), S.E.A. Aquarium, Gardens by the Bay, the Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, and the River Wonders are all family-favorite attractions, most with wide food choices and kid-friendly activities. The MRT metro is stroller-friendly, taxi and Grab car seats are available on request, and every major attraction has international food options in its food court (Russian-style menus at some malls too).
Singapore is warm year-round, so timing hinges on Turkmen winters and school breaks. Most Turkmen travelers fly in November to February to escape the cold Ashgabat winter, and June to August for school holidays. Avoid the heaviest rain months (November to December) if you're outdoor-heavy. The Singapore GP F1 weekend (September) and Great Singapore Sale (mid-year) draw timed trips.
Turkmenistan Airways operates seasonal direct flights between Ashgabat and Singapore, typically Ashgabat to Singapore in ~8 hours. Most travelers also connect via Seoul (Korean Air), Dubai (Emirates), Istanbul (Turkish Airlines) or Kuala Lumpur, with total travel time around 10 to 13 hours. Changi Airport is consistently ranked among the world's best.
Your stay and entry type
Up to 29 days per entry, at the ICA officer's discretion on arrival. The visa itself is valid for 63 days from the date of issue, during which you must enter Singapore at least once.
Single entry fits a simple Ashgabat to Singapore round trip. Double entry is ideal for a Singapore plus Bali, Phuket or Kuala Lumpur combo. Multiple entry fits traders, medical tourism families with multi-stage treatment, and business travelers making several regional hops inside the 63-day window.
Yes, and it's one of the most popular itineraries for Turkmen travelers. Pick double or multiple entry, fly into Changi, spend time in Singapore, hop to Bali, Phuket or Kuala Lumpur, and loop back through Changi on the way home.
Applying from abroad and support
Yes. Turkmen passport holders can apply from any country. The eVisa is emailed to you regardless of where you are. Turkmens in Russia, Turkey, UAE, Kazakhstan, South Korea, the EU or the US all use the service without returning to Turkmenistan.
English is our primary language. We also have team members who handle queries in Russian, which is widely used by Turkmen customers. Contact us on WhatsApp, email or chat, and average first reply comes back within 15 business minutes.
Documents and arrival
Taken within the last 3 months, 35mm x 45mm, plain white background, full face visible, neutral expression, no headgear (religious headwear such as hijab is permitted if facial features remain visible), no glasses with glare, high resolution, no filters.
No. Singapore requires at least 6 months of passport validity beyond your arrival date. Renew your passport first through the "Давлат хизматлари" portal or the OVIR, then apply with the new passport number.
Your Turkmen passport, the printed or digital eVisa, your SG Arrival Card confirmation, and supporting documents (onward ticket, hotel booking). Immigration may ask short questions about your stay, funds and return plans, so have answers ready.
Yes, both are required. The eVisa is your permission to travel, valid 63 days. The Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) is a separate free electronic health and immigration declaration every traveler must submit within 3 days before arrival. You can add SGAC filing as an optional add-on at checkout for a small fee.
No. The Singapore eVisa is strictly for short-term tourism and short business visits such as meetings, site inspections or trade show attendance. Paid employment requires a Work Pass from the Ministry of Manpower. Study over 30 days requires a Student Pass. Commercial import/export requires separate trade permits.
Our service
No. We are a private Singapore registered visa consultancy (68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422), authorized to act as a local sponsor for your application. We are not affiliated with the Government of Singapore. Our service fee is separate from the ICA government visa fee and is clearly itemized at checkout.
